Topics Covered in This Episode
You are here with a dream in your heart — and that dream is not random. In this July 2026 episode of Journey of the Master Podcast: Guidance for Living Your Highest Potential, Sara Landon (channel of The Council) opens one of the conversations nearest to her heart: really, truly living the dreams your soul has placed within you — not someday, but by allowing yourself to live an extraordinary life now.
If the word allowing feels annoying, you are not alone. Sara admits it can land that way — and that as soon as we talk about living our dreams, the mind jumps to “But how?” Then we try to figure out the how. This episode meets that habit head-on with a simple, all-day technique for greater allowing: move into the heart, feel the dream as real, connect to your why, and when you catch yourself forcing the path, return to joy.
What “Live Your Dreams” Really Means
Sara’s starting point is simple and radical: your deepest desires are not distractions from a spiritual path — they are the path. The dream in your heart unfolds toward your highest potential, an extraordinary life, and being everything you are here to be. Supporting people in living those dreams is her passion, and she frames the whole conversation as allowing yourself to live an extraordinary life.
Your dreams are in your heart for a reason.
We do not all carry the same dreams or desire the same experiences. That uniqueness matters. Your why — why the dream matters, what you would feel living it — is unique to you. Sara sees that as proof your soul placed the dream there for expansion, greater joy, realizing who you are and the power you have. The dream is not a random want to be argued down by the mind; it is guidance.
Guided Heart Visualization: Find the Dream in Your Heart
Early in the episode Sara invites a practice you can return to throughout the day. If you can, close your eyes. Move awareness from your head into your heart. Breathe. Notice the quiet that arrives as the busy mind softens — a bit of calm, a little more space.
From the heart, focus on something you truly love. Feel that love through your whole body until every cell aligns with it. Then ask: What is the dream in my heart? The first thing that comes — image, vision, words, a scene — is enough. Allow yourself to fully realize that dream in the heart. Ask why it is so important to you. Then feel what you would feel if that dream were already your reality, right here, right now — in as much detail as possible. Breathe it in. Do not deny yourself the feeling.
The key, she says, is noticing when you start doubting that you are free, abundant, or able to live that dream. Return: head to heart, align to love, ask for the dream, tune into why it matters, feel it as real — and do not deny it.
Why Your “Why” Reveals a Soul-Inspired Dream
Asking why the dream matters is not busywork. It is how you tell a soul-inspired dream from a passing want. When Sara received the midnight inspiration “Sara Landon is a spiritual teacher,” she did not yet want to be an author the way childhood friends who loved writing did. She saw herself as a speaker and published author anyway — and compared herself to Wayne Dyer with his degrees and books and thought, “Who am I?”
The dream kept returning. She began to write and to ask how it would feel and why it mattered. Around that same season she opened to channeling and receiving guidance from The Council at higher levels of consciousness — and understood: it was about sharing this wisdom with the world. She had been looking for books with the answers to purpose, highest potential, dreams, and connection to the divine. She could not find them. The inspiration came through her so she could create the books she most wanted to read — and feel she was living her purpose.
That is the pattern she offers you: the why clarifies the feeling underneath the form. Often the why is not ultimately about the object of manifestation — it is about freedom, abundance, love, safety, being who you want to be. And here Sara is direct: you already are free; you already have abundance; you already are safe and loved. From that knowing, dreams become “how fun would it be?” instead of “then I will finally be enough.”
Stop Boiling the Ocean — Joy Is the Instant of Allowing
Trying to force every step of the how is what Sara calls boiling the ocean. Creation, she teaches, is meant to unfold magically — including things that arrive out of the blue. She shares how the love of her life, her husband, literally walked into her backyard and knocked on her door. There were steps involved in how he arrived that day — but it did not require her to figure out the entire ocean in advance.
The instant manifestation of allowing is joy.
The formula she names for creation: your consciousness summons energy into form. When you stand in the consciousness where the dream is already real — because it was inspired in you as already here for you — you summon your own energy, and that light moves into the form of the dream. Inspired action is part of living your dreams; allowing is the other half. And allowing, made practical, is joy.
To enter allowing, ask what brings you joy — or go do it: a walk, playing with your dog or children, a warm bath, music, painting, writing, picking roses, a sunrise or sunset. That state is where the next perfect step, inspiration, and momentum arrive. Answers do not come reliably from stress, overwhelm, anxiety, or fear — and ideas born there usually lead to more fear or action that does not realize the dream. If you are waiting for inspired action and nothing comes, let joy be the inspired action. Go do something that brings you joy.
Don’t Deny Yourself the Freedom to Live Your Dreams
Do not deny yourself the freedom you have to live your dreams.
Your soul is eternally free. You are a divine, sovereign being who brought that freedom into physical form. We learn lack, limitation, and how to deny our own freedom. Sara contrasts that with a child who dreams of being Superman, grabs a blanket, runs outside, and is Superman in that moment — without denying themselves the freedom to live the dream.
As you pay attention, you may notice the quiet denials: not enough money, not enough time, don’t know where to start, don’t have the contacts or resources. Those stories hold you where answers, inspiration, connections, and resources cannot land — because you are denying the freedom and abundance already here. Anything you can imagine as possible for yourself is possible for you. And if the dream is secretly “then I’ll finally be enough,” consider: you have always been more than enough; you have always been worthy of living your dreams.
When you catch yourself denying freedom, come back into your power. Inspiration and inspired action arrive when you are in your power — not when you are reactive, easily triggered, or living in fear. Your dreams may already be present; fear can keep you from recognizing what is here. Stepping into authenticity and power is part of living them.
Sara’s Turning Point: Facing Her Biggest Fear
Before the podcast, courses, books, and community, Sara had a dream to be a spiritual teacher and the feeling of “Who, me?” She carried extraordinary wisdom from The Council, yet channeling was not widely discussed. She did not want to be weird or different — and the truth of who she was was that wisdom coming through her and changing her life. She feared rejection and losing important relationships if she put her truth into the world.
Then she saw herself at the end of life having stayed safe, secure, coloring inside the lines — never bringing The Council’s wisdom forward, never stepping into being a spiritual teacher and author. When she felt the pain of never having lived her dream, the other pain lifted. She knew she had to go for it.
What was worse than my biggest fear happening was getting to the end of my life and having never lived my dream.
That was the moment that changed everything. She wants that same freedom for you — living your deepest desires and allowing an extraordinary life. She describes herself as a student of everything she teaches so living your dreams can be harmonious, beautiful, and miraculous for you too — integrating higher-consciousness wisdom from The Council into lived experience. (This episode is Sara teaching; she references The Council’s wisdom and her channeling path, but does not deliver a separate channeled Council block here.)
Practical Ways to Live Your Dreams Today
From the episode, a daily practice stack:
1) Several times a day, move from head to heart, align to love, ask for the dream in your heart, connect to why it matters, and feel it as already real — without denying the feeling.
2) When you catch yourself boiling the ocean or spinning in how, return to joy; let joy be inspired action if no other step is clear.
3) Notice and release the quiet ways you deny yourself freedom — money, time, contacts, “who am I?” stories — and come back into your power.
4) Find some way today to live your dreams, even in a small, tangible act. Sara closes by inviting you to experience the moment of “wow — this is beyond what I imagined,” and to notice how living your dreams makes you a miracle for others living theirs.
If this theme speaks to you, Sara invites listeners into The Mentorship Program for July 2026 — the Live Your Dreams series — with deeper sessions on topics including choosing your heaven on Earth (first as a state of being your reality mirrors back). She also points to courses such as Heaven on Earth: the Divine Playground of the Master (July 2026 live channeled course when available) and other mastery offerings, plus Sara’s books when you are ready to go further.
