Topics Covered in This Episode
In the June 2026 episode of the Journey of the Master Podcast, Sara Landon — channel of The Council — answers a request the community has made again and again: go deeper into the innate wisdom, intelligence, and healing capacity of the magnificent human body. This month’s theme is simple and radical at once: your body already knows the way to harmony, ease, health, and wellbeing.
Sara opens by naming what so many feel right now — a calling from soul and higher self into a whole new relationship with the body. Not as a project to fix, but as a living intelligence that is always communicating, always supporting, always seeking to return you to ease. Watch the full June episode above, then explore the themes she unfolds: body wisdom, symptoms as messages of love, real student stories, why fighting the body blocks healing, and a listening practice you can use today.
Your Body Isn’t Against You
Before the stories and teachings, Sara invites a practice: a few deep breaths, attention moving from the head down into the heart — sometimes imagining a staircase — and awareness into every cell. Notice the organs and systems supporting you. You probably cannot even count everything that is regenerating, rejuvenating, and healing in this moment. Your body already has the innate wisdom to regenerate every cell. It already has the intelligence to see, hear, taste, touch, and smell; to beat your heart; to fill your lungs; to operate neural pathways in your brain.
Your body is always seeking to heal, regenerate, rejuvenate, and return you to harmony, return you to ease, and return you to your innate, inherent, infinite wellbeing.
Infinite wellbeing, Sara reminds listeners, is the truth of who you are. Your soul and higher self are always aligned to that wellbeing. When you tune in and feel it, the body responds — regenerating, rejuvenating, healing, returning you to harmony. We are also stepping into new levels of consciousness and energy; the body is opening to carry higher light and frequency. Innovation and advancements in health are accelerating too. Our role, she says, is to cultivate a deep, loving, honoring relationship with the body — trust, communication, and reverence first.
Think of the devotion, compassion, understanding, and trust you would bring to the love of your life. Sara asks you to bring that relationship first and foremost to your physical body. Louise Hay’s Heal Your Body was revolutionary in linking emotional disharmony to conditions and offering affirmations — a wonderful starting point. And still: your body can communicate wisdom that is specific and unique to you. Your body knows the way to harmony, ease, and wellbeing.
Symptoms as Messages of Love (Council View)
When you notice misalignment — emotional, physical, spiritual, or mental — Sara’s first instruction is clear: don’t judge yourself. Don’t judge your body. Shift the perspective. Your body knows the way, and it is trying to communicate. Sensations, misalignment, disease, diagnosis — they are not here to destroy you. They are truly messages of love from your body.
They are truly messages of love from your body. And when you start to trust your body, when you start to tune into your body and be open to receiving the messages and communication without judging yourself or your body…
One of The Council’s teachings Sara highlights: call what you feel a sensation rather than immediately labeling it as pain or leaping into “something is wrong.” When you notice the sensation without forcing a label, you stay more open to a grander perspective. You do not collapse into resistance or reaction. Be present. Notice the sensation. Ask your body: Is there a message that you have for me? What do you want me to know? Or Sara’s favorite: What is this about?
The Council also teaches that the higher the level of consciousness you are in — the more you summon your own energy — the more you expedite regeneration and rejuvenation of the cells. Joy, pure love, and higher consciousness support the healing process. Your own energy is your greatest healer. Great healers, Sara notes, hold a vibration where you can remember and summon your own energy; spontaneous or miraculous healings are still your energy flowing.
Sara shares her own recent experience: unusual sensations, a racing or fluttering heart while preparing for the Everything Is Energy course. Habit wanted to ask “What’s wrong? How do I fix it?” She did see a doctor and do testing — and she also knew this was between her and her body. When the message landed, it was literal: many of her supplements carried stimulants for “energy,” while she was asking her body to summon its own. When she paused supplements and asked her body what truly nourished it — even using a pendulum as a clarity tool a student reminded her of — her body responded quickly. The point was not anti-supplement dogma. It was relationship, listening, and power.
Real Student Stories (Healings / Shifts from This Episode)
Sara grounds the teaching in real people — not theory.
Weight loss without dieting. One student lost a tremendous, noticeable amount of weight over about a year. She did not diet, starve herself, or run an intense exercise program. She changed one thing: she practiced, at every opportunity, loving her body exactly as it was — looking in the mirror and saying thank you or I love you, with no need for the body to change first.
The mirror that was avoided. Another student looked away from every mirror and hated photos. She felt she had gained weight, aged, disliked her appearance — and she struggled with hormones, thyroid, weight, energy, and discomfort. Her practice: every time she passed a mirror, stop, look herself in the eye, and say, I love you. I love you exactly as you are. Soon she enjoyed her reflection, felt more energy, and naturally lost weight. She realized disappointment and contempt had been the very resistance blocking the support her body intended.
I love you. I love you exactly as you are.
Antidepressants as sacred ceremony. A spiritually evolved student felt like a “fraud” for taking antidepressants — better on them, not well off them, yet judging herself as missing the mark. The Council’s answer, as Sara recounts it: they did not want her to stop. They wanted her to make taking the medication a sacred ceremony every time — a beautiful box adorned with jewels, medication placed as sacred, each pill blessed, celebrated for how it supports the body to be its best self. Not as a trick to quit — but by shifting how she felt, she might need less, or respond better, or at minimum release judgment so joy, harmony, and ease could return.
Cravings that disappeared when judgment did. A student who wanted to quit smoking was told by The Council not to smoke (or eat or drink) from judgment. If she consciously chose it, make it sacred — appreciate it, feel love for herself and her body in the choice. Within a couple of weeks she smoked only once or twice; the urge went away the second judgment did. Sara connects the same pattern to food: forcing a carrot you resent can be less nurturing than receiving a favorite cookie made with love — because how you feel about what you put in your body is the most important thing.
Chemotherapy with zero side effects. A woman diagnosed with cancer felt complete and unafraid; she did not personally want treatment, but chose chemotherapy for a period of time for herself and her family — in her power, without judgment. The Council guided her to set the intention that chemotherapy was light and love entering her body: bless it, thank it, love it, be in joy with doctors and nurses. After many treatments she never got sick, never lost her hair, had no negative reactions — and it cured her cancer. Sara presents this as evidence of how magnificent the body can be when wisdom, intelligence, and healing capacity are reconnected — not as a prescription for anyone else’s medical path.
Why Fighting the Body Blocks Healing
Students ask: How do I heal? How do I lose weight? How do I fix this pain? When Sara listens closely, judgment is almost always present — the body is “not the way it’s supposed to be.” That judgment creates resistance and pushing-against. Even when you desperately want healing, resistance does not allow the body to heal as it naturally intended.
So the moment that you shift to unwavering love for your body, you start to open up a whole new flow of your innate, inherent, infinite wellbeing.
When you tune into the truth of you and experience love and reverence for the body, it responds quickly. Resistance melts; love, light, and energy flow. Sara also echoes wisdom she heard from Wayne Dyer on medication: if something helps you be more present and involved in life, it may be supportive; if it is used to tune out of life, question it. Across medication, surgery, supplements, food, and drink, the thread is the same — how you feel about it shapes how your body responds. Feeling bad or judged about what you put in your body can be more harmful than the thing itself.
No matter what is going on, far more in your body is working in harmony than is out of alignment. Returning to natural harmony prepares the body for new levels of energy and light — longer, healthier, happier human potential than we currently imagine. In the highest state, heart, mind, body, and soul live in such harmony that disharmony becomes an invitation to slow down, go within, and listen.
Listening Practice — What Is My Body Trying to Tell Me?
From this episode, a simple practice map:
1. Come into the heart. Breathe. Move attention from head to heart. Feel ease return.
2. Tune into the whole body. Cells, organs, systems — acknowledge what is already supporting you.
3. Name sensation, not catastrophe. Notice without immediately labeling “pain” or “wrong.”
4. Ask and listen. Is there a message for me? What do you want me to know? What is this about?
5. Love the body as it is. Mirror practice: look yourself in the eye — I love you exactly as you are.
6. Check how you feel about care and intake. Hold a supplement, food, or choice to your heart: Is this in my highest and best good? Make medication or treatment sacred if you choose it — bless it, thank it, release judgment.
7. Stay in relationship. Your body knows the way. Trust communication over war.
Sara closes by inviting listeners into the June 2026 Mentorship series — Your Body Knows the Way: Returning to Ease, Harmony, and Wellbeing — live Wednesdays through June, with deeper teaching on the body’s infinite intelligence, thriving by design, embodying wellbeing, and channeled activations with The Council.
